刘军,香港中文大学博士,中国人民大学商学院组织与人力资源系教授,博士生导师,中国人民大学商学院中港联合管理学博士项目中方主任、企业创新与竞争力研究中心执行主任。教育部新世纪优秀人才(2009-),国家自然科学基金委杰出青年基金获得者(2014-)。
研究方向:
组织行为与人力资源管理,如领导力、情绪管理、职场偏差行为领导力、雇佣关系、人力资源管理、管理研究方法。
获得荣誉及发表作品:
在国内外重要学术刊物如Administrative Science Quarterly、Journal of Applied Psychology,《管理世界》等发表学术论文40余篇,研究成果被他引总计超过2000次,具有广泛的国际影响力。主持多项国家级科研项目,曾获得中国人民大学先进工作者、教学优秀奖、优秀科研成果奖、商学院最佳研究生教师、北京市教学成果奖。其研究工作的特点是融科学性于趣味性之中,接“中国管理”地气的同时贡献国际学术新知,推动“以现象为本”的管理研究(evidence-based management research)。刘军, Cynthia Lee,许浚. “Taking on obligations: Why employees stay?”荣获第8界国际商务研究会议(International Business Research Conference)最佳微观研究论文奖。
