研究领域：
在全球化，全球治理、国际关系，企业国际化，国际人才，华人华侨和海归创新创业等领域有广泛的研究，出版中英文著作近百部。
曾任职务：
曾担任国家经贸部国际经济合作司官员，中组部/中央人才工作协调小组国际人才战略研究专题组组长，《国家中长期人才发展规划纲要》起草组特邀专家等。
