卢荻，中国人民大学经济学院教授、比较政治经济学研究中心主任，英国伦敦大学亚非学院经济学系担任高级讲师，《政治经济学评论》国际主编，Journal of Post-Keynesian Economics 编委。是一位拥有丰富学术背景的学者。
